My wedding date was set for April 27, 2008. On February 29, 2008, I met with Beau at Club BodFit to discuss the tight timeline that I had before my fitting for my wedding gown (April 5, 2008) and what my goals were. I told Beau I would be happy losing 6-7 pounds.

On March 1st we weighed and measured. I weighed in at 148 pounds with 29.4% Body Fat and measurements of 36-35-42.  Beau set up a nutrition program for me, which included a 6- day cleansing phase of fruits and vegetables only. I lost six pounds during those six days.

I worked out with Beau for an hour 3 times a week and did cardio (treadmill) six days a week for at least 30 minutes and up to 60 minutes. 

I worked out with Beau the morning of my fitting. We were 5 weeks into the training and my measurements that morning were:
Weight: 133 pounds (15 pounds lost)
34-31-38.5 (9.5 inches lost)
23% Body Fat (6.4% decrease)
I had also lost 5.5 inches in my mid-range!

I was so excited! My fitting was more exciting than buying the dress. For the next few weeks leading up to my wedding, we needed to maintain as best we could since I wouldn’t have time for another fitting. We cut back cardio to 30 minutes rather than 60 minutes. We weighed in one final time on the Thursday before my wedding:
Weight: 130 pounds (3 more pounds lost)
33-29.5-37.75 (3.25 more inches lost)
22.9% Body Fat (0.1% more decrease)

I made the commitment to myself to get into shape and I feel stronger now than I ever have, even compared to my young athletic days. I am able to do push ups, without leaning on my knees. I have NEVER been able to do that!!  In addition to the commitment I made, I would not have been able to do this without Beau’s guidance, motivation and support. Thanks Beau!!!!
